① Our online store accepts online bank transfers and credit card payments. The system will automatically redirect you to the designated payment page during checkout.
② If you encounter any issues related to 3D verification when using a credit card, please contact your card-issuing bank.
③ If you choose online bank transfer, please do not close the payment page before completing the transaction. (For security reasons, the payment process cannot proceed if the transfer page is closed.)
※ Orders will only be confirmed upon successful payment. Only then will the system reserve the items for you.
※ Even if you opt for on-site pickup, online payment must be completed in advance.
|Pickup Method|
On-site pickup only. Please choose one of the following dates to collect your items at the designated location in the concert venue:
- January 25 (Saturday): 12:00–18:45
- January 26 (Sunday): 12:00–18:45
※ Please arrive at the venue during your reserved date and time slot to collect your items. When picking up, present your QR Code and the purchaser’s identification (matching the member information on the website) for verification.
※ Bring your own bag for pickup. Be sure to check the quantity and content of the items on-site and verify that light sticks are functioning properly. If there are any defects, report them to the staff immediately. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted once you leave the pickup counter.
※ For orders not picked up during the reserved time slot, the organizer reserves the right to handle the items at their discretion, and no further arrangements will be made.
|Invoice Application|
The store will automatically send an electronic personal invoice to your registered email address—no additional application is required.
